As is often the case with many of Govan Brown’s clients, Nortel decided to change locations due to their growth and expanding staff. As such, they decided to retain our services as construction managers to build-out a space equipped for their needs.
In 2007, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) retained Govan Brown to renovate 22,000 square feet and three floors of their newly leased space.
In 2011, OGRA retained Govan Brown to renovate their newly leased space in Oakville. With a construction schedule of six weeks, our construction team was challenged to renovate an entire office in a limited amount of time.
Located in the heart of the Discorvery district, MaRS retained Govan Brown as construction managers to build-out the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and the Structural Genomics Consortium on the 5-8 floors of the MaRS complex.
