The implementation of programs like PlanGrid, CMiC, and DocuSign have made it easier for us and our clients to organize the steady flow and exchange of information. Check out this news release on the use of PlanGrid and how it has impacted Govan Brown and the services we are able to provide. Click here to read more.

When a brand new Nordstrom store is unveiled, they just don’t open the doors to the public; they make it an event. Each store opening begins with a gala prior to opening day. Nordstrom Toronto Eaton Centre hosted their gala on September 14 with over 2,000 guests in attendance including supermodels Petra Nemcova and Hilary Rhoda. Tickets were sold at $150 which included entrance to a fahsion show with 100% of the ticket sales going towards a charity of their choice. This event raised $270,000 for local charities that include Convenant House Toronto and the SickKids Foundation. The TEC location opened its doors to the public two days after the gala on September 16. One month later, Nordstrom hosted their second gala in Toronto at their Yorkdale Shopping Centre location on October 19 for over 1,700 guests which gave them a nice preview of what was to come on opening day, October 21. The event raised another $224,000 towards various local organizations. To view the article, click here. To view project case studies click on their link. TECYSC
